As one of EN’s full-service partners, we now provide Support Packages offering page design, data and analytics, and general support of the platform, available to new and existing clients. This ensures you get the best end-to-end solutions and answers to your questions about all things Engaging Networks.

Affordable Support Plans

No matter the size of your organisation or its needs, our plans are designed to ensure Actually Data Analytics act as your first point of contact for technical issues with Engaging Networks, and ensure you to get the most out of your investment.

Advisory

£1200/ per year

Not sure if you need a full plan, or prefer the flexibility to manage your own account with support on hand only when needed? Our light touch plan includes:
Up to 10 hours of support per year, with the flexibility to upgrade if needed
Access to our experience and expertise, ensuring best practices and strategic insights without a full-service commitment

Empowerment

£3000/ per year

With up to 25 hours of support, our basic full-service plan includes:
Email and remote support during UK business hours
Assistance with account configuration, page design, and template changes

Collaboration

£4000/ per year

With up to 40 hours of support, it includes everything in the Empowerment Plan, plus:
Bi-monthly check-in calls to review platform performance and identify opportunities
Four half-day training sessions per year for new starters, ensuring continued knowledge retention

Partnership

£9600/ per year

With up to 80 hours of support, our premum full-service plan everything in the Empowerment and Collaboration Plans, plus:
Monthly check-in calls to optimise platform usage
Six half-day training sessions per year for new starters
Quarterly face-to-face meetings (where possible) to review platform updates, discuss challenges, and share best practices

Optional Extras

Our plans are designed to ensure you have a seamless Engaging Networks experience, but let’s say you wanted a few more hours of training – we can offer that! We can also provide additional support in mapping business processes and tailored user guides (at additional cost).
