Engaging Networks is a powerful platform for managing campaigns, communications and digital fundraising. It’s designed to be flexible, allowing charities to build supporter journeys, manage data and run campaigns in a way that reflects how they actually operate.
While the platform is straightforward to use, many organisations need additional support to set it up properly, manage more complex campaigns or connect it with their wider systems. This is where accredited partners come in. Engaging Networks partners complete a formal accreditation process and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the platform.

We help you get set up correctly from the start, whether you’re implementing Engaging Networks for the first time or reviewing an existing setup. This includes configuring the Charity Success Pack, aligning data structures with your CRM and making sure campaigns and data capture are built on a solid foundation.
Campaign & Page Support
We provide ongoing support with page builds, templates and campaign delivery — allowing fundraising teams to move quickly while maintaining consistency, usability and data quality. This is available through our support packages.
Reporting — EN Essentials Suite
Our EN Essentials Reporting Suite gives teams a clear, consistent view of campaign performance, income and supporter behaviour. It removes the need for manual exports and ad hoc reporting, giving you a reliable baseline of insight to use day to day. Essentials reporting starts from £750 per year.
CRM Integration & Data Flow
We design and implement integrations between Engaging Networks and CRM systems so that data flows cleanly and reliably. This reduces manual processing, improves data accuracy and means supporter information can be used effectively across your organisation. Integration work is priced on our day rate and typically takes around five days to get you up and running.
