Gift Aid Transformer helps charity finance teams turn donation exports into the HMRC Gift Aid Donations Schedule used for online claims.
Upload a CSV from your CRM or fundraising platform, match its columns to HMRC’s fields, and the tool handles date formats, donation amounts and other formatting. It flags rows with missing or invalid information so you can correct them, then produces an .ods file for you to review and upload through Charities Online. If your claim contains more than 1,000 rows, it splits them into separate upload files. You can save your column mapping for next time.

You remain in control of the claim. Your charity checks Gift Aid declarations and donation eligibility, reviews the completed file, and submits it to HMRC. The tool prepares the schedule; it does not verify eligibility or submit the claim.
