Earlier this month, we attended ENCC 25 London – an event focused on sharing the success stories and clients’ strategies using the Engaging Networks platform. As one of their long-term service partners, we were invited to present a session on how to track and measure email campaign success within EN’s data tools — from supporter engagement to donations and income.
Over the session, co-founder Anthony Fawkes demonstrated how to structure data for reporting, map supporter journeys, pinpoint key touchpoints, and quantify email’s influence on fundraising, equipping fundraising, digital marketing, and data teams with actionable strategies — using real-world examples and the ADRFM reporting suite for automated insights.
